What uses credits
A credit is used when Mari Yangu calls an outside service to do work for you, currently automatic receipt reading or mileage route calculation. Manual entries, editing, searching, and exporting do not use credits.
Ask Mari turns
Expense analysis in Ask Mari uses at most one turn per question, never a scan credit. Pre-analysis clarifications are free. Where product help is enabled, help uses no turns, including when your expense allowance is empty. Turns are a separate allowance on plans that include Ask Mari. Choose a plan
Free is for keeping personal proof with 10 monthly credits and one writable workspace. Pro adds more credits and unlimited workspaces. Pro organizations can have any number of members: the owner can manage and edit, while other assigned members have viewer access. Team adds pooled credits and contributor, operator, and administrator roles. Unlimited is contact-led for organizations that need uncapped processing volume.
When credits run out
Your existing records remain available. You can keep adding manual expenses, editing, searching, and exporting. Automatic receipt reading and mileage route calculation resume after the next reset or a capacity increase.
