Connect apps and AI assistants

Choose a connection

Use Connected apps when a supported app asks you to authorize Mari Yangu through a sign-in and consent screen. Use an API key when a client needs a key you create and paste into its setup. The AI assistant setup guide provides client-specific steps.

Control access

The consent or key-permission screen shows what the connection can do, such as read expenses, generate reports, or create and edit records. Choose only the permissions needed for the job. Your active workspace and role still limit the data and actions available.

Treat an API key like a password. Do not paste it into a public chat, screenshot, or shared document.

Review or remove access

Open Settings, Integrations. Revoke a connected app to remove the authorization you granted. Rotate a key if you need a replacement, or revoke it to end access without creating another key. Availability depends on your account, role, and enabled features.
