Start without an account
What you can do right away
Mari Yangu works the moment you open it. There is no signup screen, no password, and no credit card. Capture an expense, correct the details, sort it into a category, and search for it later, all before you create an account.
Your 10 free scans
A guest workspace starts with a free scan allowance of 10; reopening the app does not grant a new allowance. A new automatic receipt read normally uses one scan to read the merchant, date, and amount. Reusing an already extracted duplicate does not use another scan.
Running out of scans does not stop capture. The expense still saves and syncs normally, you just fill in the merchant, date, and amount yourself instead of Mari Yangu reading them. Look for the "Scan Limit Reached" label on an expense to know when this happened.
Creating an account later
Guest captures may still exist only on this device. To preserve guest work and use it across devices, open your account menu and choose Create account to create and link an account. Wait for pending uploads to finish before clearing device data. Ordinary Sign in opens an existing account and does not transfer guest work; finish or export the guest records you need first.
