Capture statuses
Uploading means the evidence is moving from your device. Processing means Mari Yangu is reading it. Keep the app available when possible; interrupted work resumes when the connection returns.
Review statuses
Needs Review means at least one important value needs confirmation. Correct it, or choose Mark as Ready when the values are already right. Ready means the record can be included in reports or submitted into an enabled team workflow.
A failed automatic scan does not delete the image. Retry it or enter the details manually.
Team statuses
Submitted is waiting for a reviewer. Approved has an attributable approval decision. Rejected returns the record for correction. Sent records delivery to a configured destination. Which actions you see depends on your role and workspace settings.
