Sign in, sync, and work offline

Before you sign in
You can capture immediately in a device-based guest workspace. Until you create and link an account, unfinished guest captures may exist only on that device.
When you sign in
If you want to keep what you captured as a guest, choose Create account. This creates and links your account and keeps your guest work. Choose Sign in only to open an existing account; ordinary sign-in does not transfer guest work into that account.
After linking, use the workspace switcher to move between your personal workspaces and organizations you have joined.
Working offline
New captures are saved locally first. Uploading and automatic reading continue when your connection returns. Existing screens may show the last available data while offline; actions that require the server, such as invitations or billing, wait for a connection.
